Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Flounder (fish), 1 fillet (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) (remove)
    *Coconut Milk, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)


Directions

fry onions in OO until white -add tomatos and cook. add some water and cook until a paste formed -Add salt, chillies, garlic and cook for one minute. Add fish and cook on low for 5 minutes. Stir and cook until oil is separated. Add 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil. add coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes
