Ingredients

    1 Tbs. Olive Oil
    1/2 Medion onion diced
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. corriander
    1/2 tsp. chilli powder
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. salt
    2 medium potatos peeled and cubed
    3 tbsp. chicken or vegitable stock
    1/3 cup fat free plain yogurt (optional)
    1 mediam head cauliflower

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil. Add cumin, corriander, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

Add potatos and stock. Stir to combine and cover for 5-7 minutes.

Add cauliflower and yogurt. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until potatos and cauliflower are tender.

Serves 4
