I used pre-sliced turkey pepperoni. I've really missed eating chips and queso since I started low-carbing, and this was the perfect substitution. Absolutely delish, AND they don't crunch and crumble like chips. Will definitely be making big batches to have on hand for snack cravings. THANKS! - 7/10/09

I do something similar whenever I want to add pepperoni to something (i.e. pita pizza) to cut out the grease. All I do is lay out a single layer of pepperoni on a paper towel and paper plate and microwave for about 20 seconds. Add about 5 more seconds to make them crispier. How quick is that?!?! - 2/27/09

My 6 year old and I enjoyed this for our movie snack the other night. Very simple to make! My son helped me lay them on the cookie sheet-so it was a little bit of together time, too. :) - 10/11/11

I made these thinking they would be just for me, I was so wrong. My kids loved them and the dear hubby did too. They all are asking when I am going to make then again. Thanks for sharing this recipe, it was easy to make and wonderful to eat. - 3/4/10

I make these all the time. You should use small presliced peperoni. DELICIOUS! - 6/29/09

    O.K.
Perhaps I didn't slice the pepperoni thin enough but I thought 2 mm thickness would be good. I found that these ended up charred on the edges and still soft in the middle. Would not make these again. - 6/23/09
