I used my homemade venison sausage, no fat, organic, low sodium.
I used pre-sliced turkey pepperoni. I've really missed eating chips and queso since I started low-carbing, and this was the perfect substitution. Absolutely delish, AND they don't crunch and crumble like chips. Will definitely be making big batches to have on hand for snack cravings. THANKS!
