Introduction

This is a traditional pork & sauerkraut dinner. You can make as much or as little as you would like. I throw it all into a crockpot in the AM and its ready to go by dinner time. Ingredients

    1 Pork Tenderloin
    1 bag of Sauerkraut
    1 apple
    1 cup brown sugar

Directions

Wash the pork and place into a crock pot. Top with Sauerkraut, brown sugar and apple. Put lid on it. Cook for 4 hours or until the pork is done completely. Enjoy!
