SPRAY A NONSTICK SKILLET AND SAUTE CHICKEN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONION AND GARLIC AND COOK A MINUET OR SO THEN ADD YOU CELERY, CARROTS AND NAPA CABBAGE. COOK THIS FOR A BIT THEN ADD SOY SAUCE, CHICKEN BROTH AND CURRY AND MIX IT ALL IN. THEN ADD YOUR COCONUT MILK AND COOK UNTIL THE VEGGIES ARE DONE, ABOUT 5 TO 8 MINUTES.
