Ingredients

    6 oz. steak
    1 bag Romaine lettuce
    1 medium cucumber - chopped chunky
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
    1/2 cup red onion - chopped (optional)
    1 cup chow mein noodles
    4 Tbsp Light Asian Seasame & Ginger
    Vinaigrette (Wishbone)

Directions

Place veggies on a serving plate. Salt and Pepper steak. Grill to desired doneness. Let rest. Cut into slices. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over salad. Place sliced steak over salad. Driizzle dressing over, or allow person to add their own.

Could use chicken. We are going to try celery and mango next time.
