Ingredients

1 can Del Monte Traditional Speghetti Sauce (or your favorite)
    6 lasagna noodles
    1 C 1% cottage Cheese
    1 T garlic Powder
    1/4 C Parmesean Cheese (grated)
1 box frozen spinach thawed and drained

Directions

In a casserole dish, pour speghetti sauce on the bottom. Cook noodles according to box directions. Lay on wax paper to cool so they do not stick together. Cut the noodles in half making 12. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, parmesean, spinach and garlic powder (Salt and pepper for your taste can go in here). Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on a noodle and roll up. Place in speghetti sauce with the side of the lasagna noodles up for pretty presentation. Cover with foil and cook for 30 mins at 375 degrees. Enjoy!

    Very Good
My BF and I totally loved these. We used low fat ricotta. Next time I think I'll add some red pepper flakes and some italian seasoning. It just needed a little extra. I will definitely make these again. I think I may try to hide some ground flaxseed and see if I don't get caught. - 11/8/13

    Incredible!
I doubled the recipe since I was making it for a larger number of people. It worked well; not sure what size casserole dish would work best (9x12 perhaps?). I loved it but then I love spinach and vegetarian style dishes. It was easy to make. - 1/17/09
