Introduction
super easy, just slice a few things and then dump it all together. super easy, just slice a few things and then dump it all together.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
1 bag of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, frozen is fine
1 small - large bag of baby carrots (depending on how many carrots you want)
6 palm size red potatos (or any kind you like really)
1 can of cream of chicken soup mix or GF cream of recipe - LMK if you need this recipe if you're trying to make this gluten free.
Directions
1. dump bag of (frozen) chicken breasts into crockpot.
2. dump bag of baby carrots into crockpot on top of chicken.
3. wash and peel potatos (if you prefer them peeled - usually I just leave the skin on) - slice potatoes into LARGE chunks - usually just in half, maybe thirds - add to crock pot.
4. dump can of cream of chicken soup on top of everything.
5. put lid on and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 10-12 hours.
You know your crock pot best - the goal is to have the chicken cooked - the potatos & carrots will be cooked in less time so no need to be concerned with those.
Enjoy 4 ounces of chicken, 10 - 12 carrots, and 2 - 3 potatos pieces with some accompanying gravy from the crockpot. It's a SIMPLE, easy meal for days of enjoyment.
