Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 T. red wine vinegar
    2 T. basil
    2 T. chopped onion
    2 T. grated parmesean cheese
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. rotini rainbow pasta
    cooked and drained
    1 large chopped tomato
    green olives
    black olives
    1 T. pimento
    3-4 oz. feta cheese
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3-4 oz. chopped brocolli
    5 slices, chopped pepperoni sausage

Directions

cook pasta according to directions, drain
combine oil, vinegar and seasonings, mix well ,
pour over pasta
add other vegetables and cheese
Tastes great cold or warm
