Introduction
I came up with this recipe when I wanted to make my meat loaf for my family. My husband absolutely loves these. They are easy to get the serving size right because they are all the measured out into individual meat loaves and since they are individuals, they take less time to bake also. Ingredients

2 # 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 C. + 2 Tbsp Ketchup, reserve the 2 Tbsp.
1/2 C. Egg Beaters, original
1 C. Onion, chopped
1/2 C. Green Pepper, chopped
1 1/2 C. Quaker Quick Oats
1.5 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients reserving the 2 Tbsp. of Ketchup. Spray individual pans with non-stick cooing spray and divide into 10 seperate loaves.
Bake at 350 covered with foil for about 20 minutes, remove cover and cook another 5 minutes or until done (loaf will seperate from edges of pan)
Makes 10 - 6 oz. servings.
