Ingredients

    1 jar pasta sauce mixed with 1/2 c water
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese mixed with 1 egg and 2 T of parmesean cheese
    8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 cup mozzerella
    4 oz lean ground beef, browned with italian seasoning added (gives a sausage taste)
    2 T Parmesean cheese for top

Directions

Mix pasta sauce with water. Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of pan. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ricotta(mixed with egg and 1/2 parmesean), 1/2 hamburger, 1/3 cheese. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let sit 15 minutes before serving. The noodles soften as it cooks.
