Introduction

This is a bit different than the regular taco salads, but it is awesome and if you make a double batch you'll have leftovers for lunch for the week. This is a bit different than the regular taco salads, but it is awesome and if you make a double batch you'll have leftovers for lunch for the week.

Ingredients

    1 bag of Boca Crumbles
    1 Head of Lettuce
    3-4 tomatoes chopped
    1 8 oz bag of Mexican style shredded cheese
    1 32 oz bottle of Kraft Free Catalina dressing
    1 16 oz bag of tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

Cook crumbles in skillet, with seasonings of choice (taco seasoning packet, etc) While crumbles are cooking, chop up tomatoes and lettuce and put them in huge soup pot. Add the crumbles, cheese, dressing and chips. Stir together and serve. Garnish with sour cream if desired. Serves 12. 2 cup servings.
