Ingredients

    TJ's Organic Marinara Sauce - Bottle
    TJ's Chicken Sausage with Cilantro - Package
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 portabello mushroom
    3T olive oil
    pinch of oregano

Directions

Chop onion fine. Chop portabello mushroom into small bite-size pieces and set aside. Saute onion in olive oil. Slice sausages into pan and brown slightly, then add TJ's marinara sauce, chopped mushrooms, and oregano. When sauce is bubbling, turn it down to simmer and let simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over whole grain pasta for a hearty winter meal.
