Introduction

These little burgers have a zesty sauce and are perfect for a quick meal. These little burgers have a zesty sauce and are perfect for a quick meal.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    4 tablespoons nonfat cottage cheese
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp dried sage
    1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
    1 pack of dinner rolls

    for sauce
    3 tbsp light mayonaise
    3 tsp dijon mustard
    1-2 tbsp dried dill weed (depending on preference)
    3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Mix ground turkey, cottage cheese, egg whites, onion powder, sage, and parmeasen cheese in a bowl. Pat out small patties. Good on medium-high heat until burgers are brown on the outside and no longer pink in the middle.

In a separate bowl mix mayonaise, mustard, dill and lemon together.

Cut your dinner roll in half and spread mixture on one side of the bread. You will not need a lot of the spread. Place burger in between the roll and enjoy!
