Ingredients

    Mixed Salad Greens (I prefer Spring Mix)
    6 Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
    4 thick cucumber slices, cut in quarters
    Red Onion
    1/8c. Kalamata Olives (Black)
    1/8c. Manzanilla (Green)
    1oz Feta Cheese, crumbles
    1oz Asiago Cheese, shredded
    Balsalmic Vinigarette


Directions

Place salad greens in bowl. Add tomatoes and cucumbers. Shave thin slivers of red onion over mixture. Add olives. Drizzle Balsalmic dressing over salad and top with cheeses. Enjoy!
