Introduction

Got this from a Box of healthy harvest pasta. modified to fit my taste and cut down on calories. Got this from a Box of healthy harvest pasta. modified to fit my taste and cut down on calories.

Ingredients

    1pk Italian Turkey Sausage 6 Links
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
    1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
    1 Medium Onion Diced
    1/2 box 13.25 oz Fusilli Pasta all Grain or Wheat
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    3-5 Cloves Garlic minced (to taste)
    1 cup Chopped Italian Parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook Sausage till done, and cut into rounds. Cook Pasta to desired donenss. Saute Onions and garlic in Oil till turning brown 5-6 min add peppers Saute till soft 3-4 min add Sausage and cook 2-3 min to reheat sausage. Add Parmesan cheese, cooked Pasta, and Parsley mix together. Make sure to use the grated Parm from the pouches or grate your own, the cheese from the can wont hold this together well.
