    1.5c cooked potato
    2 cloves garlic
    1 oz lemon juice
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    3 oz cod roe
    2 Tbsp light sour cream

Directions

Bake potato and let cool. Scoop into food processor with other ingrediants
and blend. Serve on crackers or rye crisps. 2 Tbls is a serving
