    1lb chicken thighs
    3 c potatoes diced
    3 c mushrooms sliced
    1/3 c water
    2 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp sugar
    1 bell pepper
    1 packet Stir Fry Oriental Seasoning Mix


makes 5 cups
Warm up the wok. Make the seasoning mix per packet instructions. Cook the meat in the oil. Add mushrooms, and sauce, and cook for 5 min. Add potatoes, cook for 5 min. Add peppers, cook for 5 more min. Serve.
