Ingredients

    1 can (15oz) Mandarin Oranges
    1 large kiwi peeled
    30 fresh blueberries
    15 fresh raspberries
    2 cups whipped heavy whipping cream

Directions

place a layer of mandarin orange slices in bottom of dessert glass. Add layer of whipped cream. Add layer of chopped kiwi. Add layer of whipped cream. Add layer of Blueberries. Add layer of whipped cream. Add layer of Raspberries. Add layer of whipped cream. Top with rest of the mandarin oranges and a small dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with fresh mint if you choose.
