    green lentils
    rice
    onions
    vinegar
    crushed mint
    sumak
    salt

Directions

leave lentils and rice in hot water for 20 mins
boil both until soft but not mushy.
chop onions
mix all three, with vinegar, crushed mint and sumak
serve cold
