Very good Breakfast for when you are in a hurry! Very good Breakfast for when you are in a hurry!

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup of Milk
    1/2 Cup of POM Pomegranate Blueberry juice
    1 Tbsp of Bobs Ground Flaxseed.
    1/2 cup of frozen mango
    1/2 cup of frozen peaches
    1/2 of medium frozen banana
    1 scoop of protein powder
    1 cup of ice

Directions

Blend the liquids, protein powder and flaxseed in a blender.

Add frozen fruit and ice. For a more thinner smoother add only 1/2 cup of ice.
