Ingredients
-
1 Flour tortilla (we use Pinata brand)
1/4 cup Kraft 2% Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
2 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded (about half the breast)
Directions
This recipe makes one serving, but can easily be multiplied.
*Do not plug in grill or panini press until after you have assembled the quesadilla and closed the appliance.
Spray panini press or Foreman grill with 0 calorie butter spray (optional)
Lay tortilla flat on the grill, add shredded chicken and cheese to one half of the tortilla, and then fold tortilla over so that chicken and cheese are covered completely.
Plug in appliance and allow to grill for about 5 minutes or so (until the tortilla has browned just the tiniest bit).
Tastes great! We used cajun seasoning on our chicken, but it would also be fabulous with taco seasoning. Enjoy!
