Wondering what kind of yeast you use. Made this today and thought it was pretty good but there was just one flavor I wasn't so sure about near the end, not sure if it's the whole wheat or if it's the yeast. Very good texture and nice and fluffy, my son loved this! - 2/6/13

I use red star that I buy in bulk at Sam's. It was probably the whole wheat. If you use WHITE whole wheat then there isn't any odd flavor.
