Ingredients

    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    3 T. Mexi Corn
    1/4 Red Onion or 2-3 Green Onions
    2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Pkt. Splenda

Directions

Combine all ingredients in glass bowl. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend. This is so good on grilled chicken!
