    # Olive Oil, .25 cup ()
    # Melba Toast, 11.25 oz ()
    # Egg, fresh, 2 large ()
    # *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp ()
    # Thyme, ground, 1 tsp ()
    # Salt, .75 tsp ()
    # Pepper, black, .5 tsp ()
    # Oregano, ground, .5 tsp ()
    # Garlic powder, .25 tsp ()
    # Chicken Thigh, 10 thigh, bone and skin removed


Combine oil and crushed melba toast in shallow dish. Combine other ingredients in bowl. Dip chicken thighs in egg wash, shake off excess. Then dip in toast covering. Bake on rack in pan in oven at 400 deg F for 30 min. Serves 10.
