Ingredients

    Half a container of Greek Yogurt
    3/4 cup frozen or fresh but chilled raspberries
    1/4 cucumber with peel, chopped up
    cold water OR Danactive 3 oz.

    optional-
    blueberries, a tbs of jam, or honey to sweeten it up, or if you don't mind the edge leave it out

Directions

Put all ingredients in a mixer... then enjoy alone or with a wheat biscuit!
