Ingredients

    2 cups Old Fashioned rolled oats
    3/4 cup oat bran
    3/4 cup sliced Almonds
    1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons wheat germ
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Mix in Large zip lock bag


Directions

Add 1/3 cup milk to 1/3 cup mix
Eat cold or microwave for a hot breakfast
