Introduction

My Grandmother's recipe used venison instead of beef. My Grandmother's recipe used venison instead of beef.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2# Round Steak
    2 cups chopped Celery
    2 cups chopped Carrots
    I large chopped onion
    2 16 oz cans of diced tomato's
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut round steak into smaller pieces, brown and remove excess fat. Add tomato's, Carrots, Celery & Onion, Add enough water to cover vegetables. Bring to boil, then drop to lower heat til vegetables are tender.
This can be served over noodles, rice or whatever.
