Introduction

A slightly spicy/citrusy and lightly seasoned fish. A slightly spicy/citrusy and lightly seasoned fish.

Ingredients

    1 tsp. prepared wasabi paste
    1 tsp. lime juice or the juice of one lime
    1 tilapia filet

Directions

Mix the lime juice and wasabi until blended well, then pour over the filet. Salt and pepper if you wish, then bake for 15 minutes until the fish is done.

(Lime/wasabi mixture also good as a marinade for shrimp or fish, just increase the proportion of lime juice to wasabi to make it thinner...use less or more wasabi as suits how spicy you want the fish.)
