Ingredients

    Chopped Celery- 4 stalks
    chopped Carrots- 1/2 cup
    chopped zuccini and summer squash-1 each
    chopped onion-1/2 C
    6 chicken legs-skin removed
    4 chicken thighs -skin removed
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

add chicken to large baking dish. Top with all the veggies- seasoning each layer to taste. Top with soup. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until veggies are at desired doneness.
