Number of Servings: 6


    2 Tbs olive Oil
    1/3 cup each green pepper, onion and celery (or an 8oz container of trinity mix)
    1 tbs roasted garlic
    1 20oz pkg of ground turkey breast
    1 pkt chili seasoning (1.25oz)
    1 can chili beans (undrained) (16 oz)
    1 can milder diced tomatoes and green chilis undrained (10 oz)
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)


1. Preheat large saucepan on medium high 2-3 minutes. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add trinity mix and garlic; cook 6-8 minutes, stirring often, until well browned.

2. Reduce heat to medium; brown turkey 5-7 minutes stirring until it crumbels and is well brown.

3. Stir in remainig ingredients. bring to boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated and flavors are well blended.

Serving size is 1/6 of the recipe.
