Ingredients

    4 corn tortillas
    Chicken breats, no skin, no bone
    cilantro, cut up
    onion, chopped
    Lime wedge
    Taco seasoning
    water

Directions

Cut chicken breast into strips, or cube. Saute in pan with Pam cooking spray. When cooked through, add Taco seasoning and water. Add as much or as little Taco seasoning as you want. Water should cook down.

Chop onion and cilantro. Steam 2 tortillas.

Fill two (together) tortillas with chicken, add onion and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over. Enjoy.

NOTE: Make one taco with 2 corn tortillas.

    Very Good
    This recipe was very quick and easy and most importantly was filling. This will be a new regular for me. - 3/14/07
