Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cup (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)
    * Sargento Reduced Fat Provalone 1 Slice, 4 serving (remove)

Directions

dip the breasts first in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs. Fry for four minutes each side in extra virgin olive oil on medium heat. Put the fried chicken breasts in a baking pan. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken breasts then place the provalone slices over each breast.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
