Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 1 lb cubed
    *President's Choice coarse grain Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp
    Honey, 2.25 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1.5 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp
    olive oil 1 tbsp
    Onions, red .5 cup, sliced
    Sweet potato, cooked, , 5 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw)
    Green Beans (snap), 200 grams (remove)

Directions

place beef cubes in large ziploc bag the night before or early in the morning
-combine the mustard, honey, parsely, oil, & vinegar in a small bowl and whisk and add to the ziploc bag - seal, massage, and place in the fridge until dinner
-peel potatoes and chop, store in pot in cold water

Dinner time Pre-heat oven to broil
put water on for potatoes to boil in steam pot if you have one
peel and chop potatoes add them to steam pot and reduce heat to medium - cook for 15 min
place cubed steak on broil pan with cut red onion
- put bean in mircowave safe dish and cook on high for 4-5 min
- place meat in oven and cook for 5-7 min watch carefully!
- Take steak out and turn pieces over and cook for another 4-6 min on other side watching very carefully
