Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups Vegetable Cocktail
    1 can Red Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 can Maple flavoured pork and beans
    1 lb. Extra lean ground beef (browned)
    1/2 med. onion chopped
    2 ribs celery sliced
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    Sprinkle of Garlic Salt

Directions

Add all ingredients as listed to a slow cooker. Set on low for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
This makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.

It can be made on the stove which would reduce the cooking time.
