Introduction

Just like mom used to make. Just like mom used to make.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 - boneless pork chops
    1 can of mushrooms (water removed)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of water
    2 tsp garlic
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Sprinkle chops with pepper, brown them on a non-stick fry pan or grill. Place is caserole dish.

In non-stick pan saute mushrooms & garlic for a minute. Add the soup & water. Mix until all nice & creamy.

Pour over chops & cover. Bake in 350F oven for an hour or hour & half.

Serve over rice or potatoes (not included in count).

    Very Good
    Made this for dinner the other night and we all loved it,, adults, 5yr old daughter and 19 mo. son. It was easy and delicious. I used fresh mushrooms and served Risotto and Corn to accompany it. The sauce was really good with the risotto - 3/27/09
