Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    >1 lb ground beef or turkey
    >1/4 cup chopped onion
    >1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
    >1 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli
    >1 box stovetop stuffing mix
    >1 tbsp butter
    >1 1/2 cup water
    >1/4 tsp Salt
    >1 tsp Pepper

Directions

Brown ground meat and onion until cooked through. While meat is cooking, thaw broccoli and prepare stuffing per box directions. Drain extra grease from pan. Add in cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and broccoli. Spread into 9x13 casserole dish. Top with stuffing. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes, until bubbling.
