Introduction

Very simple recipe and very delicious!! It can be served cold or heated. I'll make this when we have leftover chicken, and everyone loves it! Very simple recipe and very delicious!! It can be served cold or heated. I'll make this when we have leftover chicken, and everyone loves it!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tsp mustard
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded into thin strips or cubed
    3 cups cooked rice, white or brown

Directions

1. Blend together soy sauce, mustard, and oil.
2. Add shredded or cubed chicken and toss
3. Let stand, covered, in the refridgerator for 1 hour
4. Cook rice shortly before the hour is up, and then mix with the chicken and enjoy! Can be served hot or cold.

Makes 6-8 servings.
