What is the weight of the chicken breasts? The ones that I buy feed two of us with only one breast. - 1/20/09

Hi Jill, with the chicken, I use the young chicken breasts, I'm sorry I didn't specify. But you could also use just one breast or 2, and with the same amount of marinade ingredients, it would make it even more juicy and tender.

This was very good. I used a Honey Garlic BBQ sauce and the family loved it! I also added baby carrots and tiny potatoes. I'll be making it again sometime soon! Yummy!!! - 3/16/10
