Introduction

This is a light and delicious dessert that is easy to make and a treat to eat. This is a light and delicious dessert that is easy to make and a treat to eat.

Ingredients

    2 cups crushed graham crackers
    6 tsp. melted margarine
    1/2 sugar
    8 oz. fat free cream cheese
    8 oz. lite cool whip
    1/2 can raspberry canned pie filling

Directions

Mix margarine and graham crackers together and bake in 9 X 13 pan at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Mix softened cream cheese with sugar and gently fold in cool whip. Pour over cooled crust and top with 1/2 can pie filling (any flavor).
Refrigerate and enjoy!
