Introduction

Ingredients

    Add salt to taste. You can throw anything really in this. I've added Chicken, Tofu Crumbles, Spinach, anything really.

Directions

Start off combining the diced tomatoes with the onions, carrots and peppers. Add in spices. Cover and bring to a boil. Add in potatoes and squash. When potatoes are done, add peas.

Serve in a bowl or deep dish with brown rice.
