This is a wonderful Smoothie.

If you use canned fruit, it is better to freeze it first.
Just put it all in the blender and Blam! you have it. If you want a thinner smoothie, add a cup of orange juice to the mix.

    .25 cup frozen pineapple
    .25 cup frozen mango
    1 sm-med. Banana
    1 cup Silk vanilla
    1 cup Activia Vanilla Yogert
    optional
    1 cup orange juice.
