Introduction

Cut Boneless/skinless chicken thighs in 1/4 inch strips. In a large Bowl or an empty 5 qt ice cream bucket mix the Crushed garlic, crushed ginger root, black pepper, sesame seed, honey, cooking wine, soy sauce, and monosodium Glutamate. Place the chicken strips in the marinate. Let soak for at least 24 hours. Once it has marinated for at least 24 hour I divide it up and freeze it. Ingredients

    2 tsp Crushed Garlic

    ½ to 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
    4 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey
    4 tbsp White Cooking Wine
    1/2 tsp Monosodium Glutamate
    3 pounds boneless and skinless Chicken Thigh

Directions

Serving size is approximately 3/4 cup per person. Cooks in approximately 20 minutes. Cooks in a WOK on top of the stove. Serve with rice or Ramen Noodles.
