Ingredients

    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20.8 oz (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 8 tsp (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp (remove)
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

saute onions, garlic and peppers in a pan lightly coated with cooking spray. add ground turkey until browned. add tomato sauce, spices worcestershire and brown sugar. Simmer another 10-15 minutes to blend flavors.

Serve over whole wheat rolls (not included in nutritional values)
