Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. Frozen, unsweetened blueberries
    1/2 c. Frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    1 c. skim, nonfat milk or soy milk.
    1/2 oz walnuts
    1 tablespoon Benefiber (or other fiber supplement), if you prefer.
    1 packet splenda, if needed

Directions

Take all ingredients and put in a small blender. Add a little water (about a tablespoon) if the smoothie is too thick. Enjoy!
