Introduction

adopted from daisy sour cream but substitution made to reduce calories
Recipe called for 1/2 cup of bacon but the ground turkey really cuts down the fat and calories--as did the use of 1/2ff yogurt with ff sour cream

Ingredients

    14 fat free tortilla wraps
    3 cups plain hash browns
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup ff plain yogurt
    1/2 cup ff sour cream
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    'salt and pepper to taste

Directions

brown the turkey--set aside
brown the potatoes I used Pam instead of butter
Mix the sour cream and yogurt and cheese and green onion ADd the hash brown and the turkey and mix well
add a bit of salt and pepper
Put 1 14th of mixture onto end of tortilla--fold in sides and wrap. Plac eface down on a sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake 350 for 18-20 minutes.

You can mix sour cream, yogurt and green onion as a dip---or salsa but that is an extra.
