Ingredients

    2 lbs round steak
    1/2 cup flour
    1 Tbsp Lowrys Seasoned Salt
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 cup water

Directions

Trim all fat from meat and cut into manageable pieces.

Mix the salt into the flour and coat each piece of meat. Brown steak in the olive oil in a skillet on the stove.

Place meat and pan scrapings into a slow cooker with the soup and water.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
