Introduction
This ham and cheese quiche gives you a decent amount of protein and although there is a bit of fat you can switch it up to make it healthier (I just didn't have the healthy ingredients this time), such as low fat cheese, 1% milk instead of half and half(it will work I have tried it), adding extra veggies. Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 cp half and half
1 cp diced ham
1 cp shredded cheese
frozen pie crust
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
add veggies to taste
Directions
Makes 8 triangle pieces:
beat eggs and half and half together. put ham and cheese in bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 375 for 40-45 min, until knife comes out clean.
