Introduction

This salad is a wonderful sweet and sour mix. Makes a great lunch by itself or with some grilled chicken or packaged tuna. Also added sliced almonds and tomatoes, not figured into nutritional values. Ingredients

    white wine 1/4 cup
    olive oil 3 TB
    garlic 4 cloves
    onion 1/2 cupped chopped
    balsamic vinegar 3 TB
    honey 1T B
    pepper 1/4 tsp
    salt 1/4 tsp

    fresh spinach 12 cups
    bagged salad mix 1 bag
    black olives 1 can
    feta 1 cup

Directions

In a medium sauce pan, mix the first 8 ingredients together and stir on low heat til combines and honey has blended smoothly into mixture. In large bowl, place fresh spinach. Pour warm mixture over to wilt the spinach. Toss. Next, add the salad mix, olives, and feta. Toss again and enjoy. Can add tomatoes and sliced almonds if like....
